The ever versatile square scarf!
There are more than just a few uses for a square scarf. One has many different options when using these scarves to accessorize their wardrobe, their hair, or even to decorate their house with. You can also find a 
square scarf in so many different fabrics and patterns, giving you so many different choices to choose from, that you can surely find one to fit your own style and personality.
A square scarf can be found in many different sizes. Larger scarves make excellent wraps, especially when in bold or bright patterns. These are a great way to add some zip and flash to a basic little black dress or outfit. You can wear the same black dress all year round and simply switch out your choice of scarves to fit the season you are currently in; a pashmina or merino wool for fall and winter and light and breezy silk or cottons for spring and summer. A smaller square scarf has a lot of versatility as well. A great way to accessorize any outfit is to take one of your favorite silk scarves and roll it into a long rope. Next, use it to pull your hair back as a head band and tie underneath the back of your hair. If you wish to pull all your hair back and off your neck, you can simply pull it back into a pony tail and tie your square scarf around it to dress it up. You can also use that same rolled up pony tail holder as jewelry. Simply tie it around your neck and you have a great choker that can be taken off and used in as a hair accessory as well. You can’t do that with a necklace.
A square scarf makes a great decoration for your house as well. Many people will use beautiful hand painted silk scarves in lieu of paintings. Simply take your selection to a reputable framer who will properly matte and frame your silk art to create a one of a kind and original piece of art. It will look great over the mantle or coordinating sofa. A square scarf will also make a great table decoration. Dress up a plain round tablecloth with one of your embellished or beaded scarves by placing it on top of the cloth as a top layer. This is a great idea for the holidays, with chiffons and sequined or beaded scarves easily available to dress up your home or mantle. No matter how you choose to use your favorite scarf, it is sure to be a big hit.
