How do I place my order online?
Placing your order online is fast, easy and convenient! Just click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button for the items you would like to purchase, then click the "Checkout" button after entering your zip code and payment type in the shopping cart.

Can I place my orders by phone?
We accept phone orders toll-free at: 1-800-510-5369 Monday thru Friday 8am to 8pm EST. Our customer representatives are happy to answer any questions you may have and/or to take your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged if the order is placed or shipped to the State of Colorado (7.8%).

We strive to ship ALL orders out as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped the same day if received before 2pm MST. We also have faster shipping methods (USPS Express Next Day and Federal Express Next Day Service), so you can receive your order faster than normal shipping would be.

How much will my shipping be?
$6.95 flat rate. All orders are shipped by USPS priority mail (3-4 days) which is the same cost for one item to as many items ordered. We also offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100 for USA shipments. Free shipping does not apply to Express Mail, Federal Express and international shipments.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, standard shipping is by USPS priority mail. Next day service is also available through the USPS by Express Mail.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, the USPS ships to APO and FPO mailing addresses.

Do you ship to Canada?

If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.

We are happy to offer free gifts from time to time. For purchased items returned for credit, the free gift(s) received must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, retail price will charged. For exchanges,
there will be shipping charges applied to the purchase credit card to return the new, exchanged item to

How long before I received my refund?
Although we will do everything in our power to credit back your credit card ASAP after receiving your return, please allow 7 business days from the day we receive your package for it to be credited or an exchange made.
